Meditation and energy healing help improve sleep, reduce anxiety, alleviate depression, reduce fatigue, manage chronic pain, increase memory and mental clarity, and improve energy levels and motivation.

 

In addition to these benefits, throughout this course, we will be focusing more on healing the physical body. You will learn techniques to help you work with each organ and system.

 

You will practice those techniques with the guidance of your coach during each session and will continue practicing at home by following session recordings until you feel comfortable performing them on your own.

 

During this program, you will acquire knowledge and practical skills on meditation and energy work. You will create your own meditation styles to perform energy self-healing after the program.

 

You will also dive deeper into yourself, to find what really matters to you. With the Healing Through Meditation and Energy Work program, you will experience personal transformation.

  • Overall state of your health.
  • The level and complexity of your health challenges.
  • How old the challenge you are working on is.
  • The effort and consistency of your energy healing.

I'm a Holistic Health and Wellness coach who is passionate about helping people desperate to reclaim their health and vitality.

 

My spiritual journey started at the age of 14 when I learned that our world is much more than just the physical aspects of it that most of us experience.

 

In the beginning, it was just my curiosity driving my exploration. Later I came to realise the importance of the connection between physical and spiritual parts of the world and how our health depends on it.

 

Since that moment my journey of exploration became more meaningful and turned into a mission to find a way of healing.

 

The knowledge I gained through studies, various trainings, personal, and professional experience provides the foundation for integrating the mind with the body and spirit in my healing work.

 

I have helped myself through many difficult health and life challenges, so I know firsthand the power of holistic healing.

 

I have been practicing self-healing through meditation and energy work for over 20 years.

 

I also have been practicing as a Reiki practitioner, massage therapist, and life coach at a few medical centers located in California, where I got to work with children and adults experiencing health issues of different complexity.

 

This gave me a deep understanding on the wide spectrum of what works, what does not work and why, common mistakes and how to avoid them.

 

I compressed my knowledge in energy healing  acquired through over 20 years of my personal as well as professional experience into the Healing Through Meditations and Energy Work program to help people like you, to show what is possible and to equip you with knowledge and tools that you can improve your health and vitality.
